Crystal is a skilled and highly accomplished broadcaster.
A presenter, reporter, events host and media trainer who works with leading Sport Bodies and Broadcasters including the International Cricket Council (ICC), Fifa, Laureus and features on BBC World Radio, Supersport International, BT Sport as well as fronting the global broadcast of the INEOS 1:59 challenge.
In one of her most recent assignments, Crystal fronted the ICC's digital coverage at the Men's ODI World Cup in India, breaking all previous content records. Video on demand views totalled 16.9 billion!
As a presenter and content creator, Crystal has fronted coverage at some of the biggest global sport events, including Beijing 2022, Tokyo 2020, Rio 2016, London 2012 and Beijing 2008 Olympic and the Paralympic Games, Eliud Kipchoge's Sub-two hour marathon special in Austria, the Laureus World Sports Awards, Commonwealth Games 2010-2022 and FIFA World Cups since 2010.
Crystal lists hosting the Moet en Chandon's Roger Federer Match in Africa special as a career highlight. As the dedicated reporter on the South African National Cricket team's international tours since 2015, she has also anchored ICC Cricket World Cups, elevating both women and men's sport and sport stars.
Through her international assignments, Crystal has been able to hone her love of travel and radiate her brand of eloquence with recent international sport assignments in India, Iceland, the United Kingdom, Austria, Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka and Brazil.
As a corporate event host, Crystal recently added her expertise to a roundtable Olympic Champions Q&A and a 1-hour interview special with Michael Phelps. She enjoys working with brands that share her passion for excellence and these include: Bidvest, AB InBev, SAB, Coca Cola, Moet en Chandon, Sun International, Standard Bank, Nedbank, DSTV, Government Agencies and Sport Federations including Cricket South Africa for whom she has hosted the annual professional Awards Gala since 2015.
When she is not covering live sport, Crystal is getting her endorphin fix in training, writing and researching her latest literary project, watching even more sport and traveling the world whenever she has the opportunity.
